Fixing your business details
Your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service area can be corrected when you provide the right information and point us to a source we can verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in your listing through future data refreshes.
Disputing your score
A dispute says our input data is wrong: we've matched your listing to the wrong business, assigned reviews that aren't yours, or included a summary that misrepresents what your reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing if the dispute is valid. A dispute is not a request for a higher score; the score comes from the rubric, not from our judgment, and is not negotiable.
Asking for removal
Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if it is a duplicate of another listing in this directory, or if it falls outside what we cover. Listings that are accurate and in scope will not be removed even if you ask. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses as well.

How fast we respond
Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. Removals that we approve are completed within 7 days. Requests we decline come with a clear reason.
